Find out about local support and activities for working age people with Parkinson's or those with YOPD

Berkshire Working Age Meet Up

Most people diagnosed with Parkinson's are aged 50 or over but younger people can also get it too. Chatting to others in a similar situation can be helpful.

If you are younger and of working age, you may be interested in the Berkshire Working Age Meet Up. The group meets monthly in the evening in Reading. They arrange their own social events including monthly walks, pub meet ups and have a WhatsApp group. The group welcomes those with Parkinson's, as well as carers, partners, friends and everyone who would like to support anyone with YOPD.

For more information and details of meet up and events, please Contact Ben on [email protected].
